US EXPO & convention services is a full-service trade show contractor with offices in Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque. From in-house production of customized floor plans through set up and dismantle of exhibits, we are prepared to assist you in producing a quality show. Our service manuals offers a wide range of services including booth furnishings, electrical distribution, installation/dismantle labor, material handling, graphics, shipping, computer rental, floral, photography, custom exhibits and audio/visual. Our primary focus is to service you and your exhibitors to complete satisfaction, whether you require one booth or hundreds.

Eco-Friendly Policies

2008 installed computer connection and large screen monitor, to go paperless in weekly meetings.
2008 installed programmable thermostats to control utility usage.
Recycle/reuse show and exhibitor folders.
Recycle printer ink cartridges.
Recycle and donate used carpet.
Low flow toilets in men's and women's restrooms.
Recycle aluminum cans.
2009 No longer providing individual water bottles for shows, lowering landfill waste.
Summer of 2009 transitioning to online/paperless ordering.
Summer of 2009 will have 120/240 V charging stations for Electric Vehicles.

Maurya Palmer is the founder and owner of US EXPO & convention services. Maurya has over 20 years experience in the industry, including show management and hotel management. In business since August of 1996, US EXPO has become one of the leading trade show and convention contractors in Southern Arizona
